Wonderlic Behavioral Reliability Tests are the productivity assessments used for selection of employees. These exams are extremely helpful, when selection has to be made among candidates having no experience or little experience, or the job by a candidate has to be performed without supervision. There are three behavioral reliability tests offered by Wonderlic-
Behavioral Risk Profile: – This test is beneficial in identification of employees who can give maximum productivity and can be relied upon. It measures three personality traits- Stability, Agreeability, and Conscientiousness. The areas which are assessed in this exam include Work effort and persistence, Personal productivity, Counterproductive work behavior, Service and support, and Turnover. There are 90 questions in the exam which are to be answered in 15 to 20 minutes or be answered without any time limit. It is administered in both internet based and paper based testing.
Behavioral Risk Profile-Plus: – This test is similar to Behavioral Risk Profile assessment except that it contains additional questions pertaining to self reported behavioral risks. The additional areas covered in Behavioral Risk Profile Plus test include background disclosures and productivity results. There are 52 questions in this assessment which are to be attempted in 15 to 20 minutes or without any time limitation. It is available in both internet based testing as well as paper based testing.
Work Readiness Assessment: – This assessment evaluates the readiness of a candidate before entering into a job. It is in compliance with requirements of summer employment programs of Workforce Investment Act (WIA), which is sponsored by American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The assessment is based on the personality traits recognized by Secretary’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills (SCANS). These competencies have been organized into the following categories- Interpersonal behavior, Personal qualities, Use of resources, Use of technology, Understanding systems, and Understanding information. There are 29 pre-program and 31 post-program questions in the assessment. The time given to complete the examination ranges from 10 to 15 minutes. It is available in both paper based testing as well as internet based testing.
